Rag rug made of worn out jeans
The rag rug is made from old worn out Nudie Jeans denims. The jeans are cut down to serrated strips which are sewn together and then rolled up on spools. The strips are then woven together by hand on a manual shuttle loom. The weft is made from indigo dyed thread, the same that's used for the Nudie Jeans denims.

BE NICE TO YOUR RUG
There's probably no rug that withstand such heavy use as a rag rug. Being made from high-quality denim, the Nudie Jeans Post Recycled rag rug will last a long time.
As with all types of carpets it's good to whip and shake occasionally, sometimes you'll need to wash it.
WASH BY HAND
Both the rug and your washing machine will last longer if you wash your rag rug by hand. Start by shaking or vacuuming the rug, making sure that gravel and sand disappears. Soak in a tub or rinse the rug on both sides directly on a flat, clean surface. Mix 2–3 centilitres of soft soap to 10 litres of water. Whip up a foam and spread out a little at a time.
Since the rug is made from denim with different shades and washes, some parts of the rug may still bleed. To minimize bleeding, scrub the rug along the stripes, using a soft brush. Rinse thoroughly after treatment. Hang to dry with the stripes aligned vertically. The water will run off along the stripes, reducing the risk of bleeding. Hang it in a place where it doesn't dry too slowly, preferably outside in nice weather.
