Are there any duties added?
Orders to countries outside the European Union might be subjected to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. We do deduct Swedish tax from your order at checkout, since we don't want our customers to pay for taxes in two countries. These charges must be paid when your order is delivered. Nudie Jeans don't take any part of these taxes or fees, and we don't have any control of these charges. Neither can we provide the customer with any approximate cost information of these charges. Since import duties vary from one country or state to another, do contact your local customs office ahead of placing your order to find out what your country or state charge as import duties
How do I pay for the products?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Eurocard and American Express, PayPal and in Sweden Klarna. Please note that some American and Canadian card companies can have a block against foreign online purchases. If that should be the case, contact your card company and ask them to remove this block.
Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order, contact customer service at email@example.com as soon as possible; preferably the same day or the day after the order was placed, before 11am CET. The high tempo at our warehouse, size changes of your order cannot be made. Should you need to change anything, we'll cancel the order and you'll get a refund to your credit card or PayPal account, you then have to place a new order. Keep a copy of the cancelation confirmation for your own records, until you get the refund.
The payment doesn't go through?
Due to security reason your card must be issued in the country where you place the order from.
What is the delivery time?
Our ambition is to ship your order as fast as possible; preferably the day after it was ordered. Expected time of delivery is usually within 1-5 business days after your order was placed. Please note that time of delivery should serve as guidelines; delivery times may sometimes be longer due to period of sales and public holidays.
How do I return an item?
You can return products within 14 days from the day you received your. Please note that all products returned have to be in its original condition for a refund, including labels and box etc. When returning goods, shipping is at your own expense but when exchanging goods, we will cover the shipping for having it sent back to you. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and use your order number as subject and we’ll look into it as soon as we can.
Do I get an order confirmation from you after I placed an order?
Yes when you finished shopping you will receive an order confirmation to the email you´ve submitted when placing the order. If you haven´t received an order confirmation please check your spam cart or contact us at email@example.com and we will look into it.

Where are you based?
The Nudie Jeans head office is in Göteborg, Sweden. We handle everything in the Online Shop from Sweden since we have our warehouse here. Please note that all returns have to go back to Sweden and can’t be exchanged at your local Nudie Jeans supplier. For customers ordering from countries outside of the European Union, please read here.

When you place your first order, an account will be created automatically for you. You can monitor your ongoing order process and see order history in your account.
How do I get the latest information from Nudie Jeans?
Sign up to our newsletter and visit the Nudie Jeans website frequently.
If I buy a Nudie Jeans product at a store in my town, can I return/exchange it at nudiejeans.com?
Unfortunately not. Our web shop can only accept exchanges bought directly from nudiejeans.com. If you bought a product from a different location, you must go back to that same shop in order to return/exchange it.
