Do you ship to my country?
We only ship to the countries you’re able to choose between. If you can’t find your country there we’re sorry to say that we don’t.

How do I pay for the products?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard and American Express, Paypal and in Sweden Klarna. Please note that some American and Canadian card companies can have a block against foreign purchases and what you have to do then is to just tell them to remove it.

The payment doesn't go through?
Due to security reason your card must be issued in the same country as you place the order from and the shipping address must also be in that same country.

What is the delivery time?
Our ambition is to ship your order as soon as possible; often the day after it was ordered. Depending on UPS's (or Posten in Sweden) delivery times, where you live and the amount of orders we have to ship, the delivery time varies between 2-5 business days. Remember that delivery time might be longer during periods of sales and public holidays.

Why can't I order the item I want?
If you can't choose a certain size or item that means that it's sold out. We do our best to keep well stocked with popular garments, but sometimes they are sold out. First come, first served.

Where are you based?
The Nudie Jeans head office is in Gothenburg, Sweden. We handle everything in the web shop from Sweden because we have our warehouse here. Please note that all returns have to go back to Sweden and can’t be exchanged at your local store.

My order hasn’t arrived, what do I do?
Contact us at shop@nudiejeans.com and use your order number as subject and we’ll look into it as soon as we can.

How do I return an item?
You can return products within 14 days. Please note that all products returned have to be in its original condition for a full refund, including labels and box etc. When returning goods, shipping is at your own expense but when exchanging goods we pay for the freight back to you. Underwear is non-returnable. Read more here

Do I have to have an account to order?
Yes! But you will automatically create an account when you are placing your first order.

How do I get the latest information from Nudie Jeans?
Sign up to our newsletter and visit the Nudie Jeans website frequently.

Do I get an order confirmation from you after I placed an order?
Yes when you finished shopping you will receive an order confirmation to the email you´ve submitted.

If I buy a Nudie Jeans product at a store in my town, can I return/exchange it at shop.nudiejeans.com?
Unfortunately not. Our web shop can only accept exchanges bought directly from nudiejeans.com. If you bought a product from a different location, you must go back to that same shop in order to return/exchange it.

Are there any duties added?
Orders to countries outside the European Union may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Packages are shipped according to Incoterm Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU). This means that we do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur any such additional charges they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
