Returns

You are entitled to return items and get a full refund, or exchange items within 14 days following the delivery of your order. The item must be in the same condition as it was when it was delivered including labels. When returning an item, always use the return form and include the receipt you received with your delivery. We do not stand for shipping costs for returning goods but pay for the freight back to you when exchanging products.

Refunds for returned merchandise will be made to original purchaser's credit card. Additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded.

Shipping costs will not be refunded. Underwear is non-returnable.

Expect the refund within 7 business days from the date that the package reaches us.  

If returning because of damaged goods or if the return is due to a mistake made by Nudie Jeans, we will refund the cost of the item as well as the cost of returning it. Please contact customer service at shop@nudiejeans.com as soon as you discover the error and write “CLAIM” along with your order number as subject.
 
If you want to exchange an item, contact customer service at shop@nudiejeans.com and write “RETURN” and your order number as subject.

For all customers outside the European Union:

When returning a product for exchange make sure to notify your local customs office of this so they can refund you the tax and custom fee or prevent you from having to pay it twice as this isn’t anything we can control from here.

If you want to cancel an order, contact customer service at shop@nudiejeans.com and write “CANCEL” and your order number as subject as soon as possible and we will do our best to address the matter as long the order isn't packed and shipped already.
 
Returns that have products with labels missing will be refunded immediately with a 100kr/€10/$10/15000 KRW deduction.
