- You are entitled to return items and get a full refund, or exchange items within 14 days following the delivery of your order. The item must be in the same condition as it was when it was delivered including labels. We do not stand for shipping costs for returning goods but pay for the freight back to you when exchanging products. NOTE: It´s important that you use the return form you received with your delivery. If you have lost your return form, please contact us and we will sort one out to you.
If you want to exchange an item, contact customer service at email@example.com and write “RETURN” and your order number as subject.
Shipping costs will not be refunded. Underwear is non-returnable.
If returning because of damaged goods or if the return is due to a mistake made by Nudie Jeans, we will refund the cost of the item as well as the cost of returning it. Please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you discover the error and write “CLAIM” along with your order number as subject.
Refunds for returned merchandise will be made to original purchaser's credit card. Additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. If you want a refund for your duties and/or taxes you´ll need to contact your local UPS.
You can expect us to proceed your return within 7 business days from the day the package reaches us.
- For all customers outside the European Union:
When returning a product for exchange make sure to notify your local customs office of this so they can refund you the tax and custom fee or prevent you from having to pay it twice as this isn’t anything we can control from here.

If sent to our office address we’ll have to deduct 50kr/€5/£5/$15 for shipping. Returns that have products with labels missing will be charged immediately with a 100kr/€10/£10/$10 deduction from their refund.
