You are entitled to return items and get a full refund, or exchange items within 14 days following the delivery of your order. The item must be in the same condition as it was when it was delivered including labels. The shipping fee for returning goods will not be refunded. Note: It´s important that you use the return form you received with your delivery. If you have lost your return form, please contact us at email@example.com and we will sort one out to you.

Returns will be processed within 10 business days from the day it reaches our warehouse. Please note that handling of returned goods may take longer during sales periods and public holidays.
You can exchange items for different size and color within the same price range as the product you return. Exchange is based on stock availability, and we cannot guarantee availability. Exchange items are sent back to you free of charge. Should the exchange item cost more, ask for a refund and place an order for the new item separately. Should requested exchange items be out of stock or cost more, you will automatically be refunded, and you'll have to order the new item separately.
Exchange orders with applied VAT charges upon delivery will be shipped with DDP terms (Delivery Duty Paid)
Refund transactions will be reimbursed to the credit card/PayPal account used to place the order. The transaction may take up to 2-3 business days to process, depending on your bank/credit holder.
Additional VAT charges will not be refunded. If you want a refund on tax or duty, you need to contact your local UPS, show proof that the item is returned for refund, and they will help you out. Shipping cost is not refundable, and underwear is non-returnable.
If returning because of damaged goods or if the return is due to a mistake made by Nudie Jeans, we will refund the cost of the item as well as the cost of returning it. Please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you discover the error and write “CLAIM” along with your order number as subject.
Returning an item is yours responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery that insures you for the value of the goods.
If sent to our office address we’ll have to deduct 100kr/€10/£10/$10 for redirecting it to our warehouse. Returns that have products with labels missing will be charged immediately with a 100kr/€10/£10/$10 deduction from their refund.
