- TAX FREE SHOPPING:
Please bear in mind that everything ordered from our web shop is shipped from Sweden. This means that everyone that lives outside the European Union can and probably will be charged for tax, duty and brokerage fee’s when receiving the package. This is why we deduct the Swedish Tax from your order in the check-out as we don´t want our customers to pay two different taxes from two different governments. We are unable to calculate the exact amount of duties and taxes your package will incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. UPS will invoice you for the local taxes and duties cash on delivery.
Shipping worldwide takes between 2-5 business days from the day you place your order, if more days has gone just contact us and we’ll look into the matter. Remember that delivery time might be longer during periods of sales and public holidays.
- All customers receive a shipping confirmation to the e-mail that´s associated to their order once the order have been dispatched from our warehouse. If you haven´t received a shipping confirmation please check your spam cart or contact us at email@example.com and we will look into it, enter “tracking nr” as subject
For our Swedish customers packages are sent out with Posten and you will get an SMS when your package is ready for collection at your local postal center.
For customers outside Sweden your package are sent with UPS and they usually deliver 8-18 so filling out your work address is a tip if it’s there you usually spend your days. We don’t deliver to PO boxes. Neither UPS or Posten deliver during weekends.
- We don’t refund any freight costs unless it’s because an error from our side.
- If you refuse your order or if we can’t deliver the package because of wrong or faulty information we will deduct the shipping and any other fees such as import tax and duty that been added on from your refund as the invoices then will be turned to us.
