For the Spring Collection 2014, we drew inspiration from an age that broke with reason. An age that sought to escape from reality, and believed the road to truth was paved with feelings, dreams and imagination. The gulf between 19th century romantic escapism and the harsh reality of the 21st century may seem vast, but in a film adaptation Emily Brontë’s Wuthering Heights, there were strands that bound past and present together and became the inspiration for this collection.
The Spring 2014 Collection offers coats and jackets that breath the spirit of this Romantic era. Made using selvage denim but with cuts from yesteryear, two narratives are woven together – just like in the novel. Let’s call it selvage tailoring.
The color schemes span the darkest black and limelight shades, complemented by denim, which lean towards green and strands of deep ocean-blue.
With the Spring 2014 Collection we launch two new jean fits.
