When we launch our Winter 2020 collection, we’re taking this one step further, by introducing Product-Level Transparency.

Without transparency, there’s no way for us to address non-compliances within our supply chain. And it’s our responsibility to keep everyone involved in the production safe and lessen our environmental impact.
In every relationship, honesty is key. And as a customer, you should have every bit of relevant information about the garments you buy from Nudie Jeans. Keeping track of everything within the supply chain making improvements is a never-ending process, but when we see the benefits of the work we do, it’s all worth it. We know there are things to improve, but we are proud to be able to offer you the service.
In 2013 we took our first public step toward supply chain-transparency when we launched the Production Guide. Back then, we were the first brand in the industry to fling the door open like this and offer everyone a look into our production. We also visit many of our suppliers every year and are committed to the progress of the social and environmental wellbeing of everyone involved in creating Nudie Jeans products. Working together with our suppliers, forming stronger bonds, makes it possible for us to share this data with our customers.
All this hard work is paying off, and we are ready to take it one step further. With the Winter 2020 Collection, you will have supply chain-transparency on a product-level when shopping at nudiejeans.com. You’ll see it all: from raw material and production process to the final stages of manufacturing. For each step, you’ll find additional info, and in some cases, you´ll be able to read audit summaries.
The next step, which we are really excited about, is to give you Co2 emissions and water usage per product and supplier. That’s the result of our ambitious climate work – we will be able to pull actual data from our suppliers and provide this on the product card during next year.
