How to return

If you're not happy with the items you received you can return them to us within 14 days (30 days if a member of c/o Nudie Jeans). The items must be unworn in their original condition and with all tags attached. You register your return by visiting www.nudiejeans.com/returns and in our mission to lessen our environmental footprint, we’ve decided to charge a fee for returns. The return fee for your location is 25 AUD.

It's important that you return your product in the same condition you received it. This means labels still attached, and no visible wear marks. Sealed packages with underwear or socks for which the seal has been broken by you can't be returned.

Can I return the goods in a physical store?

Yes, we offer in-store returns and exchanges of orders placed at nudiejeans.com in the following Nudie Jeans Repair Shops in Australia.
In-store returns are free, you will not be charged the return fee.
