The Blake jacket features a regular fit with a short, boxy silhouette, staying true to the essence of a classic worker jacket - now introduced as a denim jacket. A jacket crafted from 12.7 oz denim with a uniquely dyed two-ply weft that gives the impression of static background noise. At first glance, the surface appears clean and uniform, but with time and wear, it begins to reveal far more depth. With wear, tones of blue and black emerge alongside a distinct greenish cast, adding a new dimension to the fabric. As the denim breaks in, the irregular warp yarns develop naturally and bring the texture fully to life. Smooth hand but with a robust feel. In the beginning, there was only cosmic static. Since then, things have changed. History repeats itself in this jacket. This fabric stands out for its rich character and distinctive tone-shifting potential. The warp threads are dyed with blackened indigo, achieved by adding a black layer to the indigo. The distorted effect in the weft is the result of dyeing two weft threads in different colours and layering the two into the weft. The signature back embroidery is made using a space-dyed yarn that follows the distorted look and feel, and as a result of this, no two pairs will have the same back embroidery - they're all uniquely distorted. Apart from the space-dyed threads used, this pair features soft grey threads at seams that keep the fabric itself front and center.
