Yes! You can repair your jeans for free at any of our Nudie Jeans Repair Shops or Repair Partners as many times you want, no matter when or where the jeans were bought.
We only accept walk-in customers and to keep waiting time short and sweet we only accept one pair at a time.
We don't provide a re-dyeing service. But from what we've heard, it's fairly easy to re-dye them yourself. You just buy textile color dye and follow the instructions. Dye for domestic use can often be purchased at supermarkets and is simple to use in a washing machine.
And a friendly tip: remember to clean the washing machine afterwards. This can be done with an empty separate wash cycle (ideally 40°C). This is necessary to remove the risk of any traces of dye being left in the machine.
Don't forget to choose the most eco-friendly alternative when choosing the dye!
In the future, we also highly recommend our black alternative, Everblack. This denim stays pitch black for 40 (or more) home washings.
Yes, we offer free zip exchanges. Please make sure the jeans are freshly washed before being handed in.
Yes! We only accept freshly washed jeans. Not only for safety and hygienic reasons for our staff but also because the final result of the repair will be better on a clean pair of denim.
Every pair of jeans that gets handed in via our Re-use service ends up recycled.
If the jeans are in a compatible condition, they are sold as Re-use Jeans, a second-hand alternative, in our Repair Shops or the webshop.
If the jeans are really torn and broken beyond saving, they're cut up and used as denim patches for our repair service, or sent back to our warehouse for any future recycle-project.
Each Repair Shop have different handling time on repairs as it depends on the current workload in each specific store.

You can get your Nudie Jeans repaired for free in any of our Nudie Jeans Repair Stores or Repair Partners. As a c/o member, you're also eligible for a free repair kit. You can order one and give your Nudie Jeans some TLC yourself.
Unfortunately, we don't have a send in-option for repairs. As the transportation of individual pieces would impact the environment negatively – and the initiative is ultimately implemented to improve our environmental impact, we have to say no to this one. We are constantly looking into options on how to make this service available for our customers who don't live near our Repair Shops or our Repair Partners.
As a c/o member, you're eligible for a free repair kit. You can order one and give your Nudie Jeans some TLC yourself. Due to customs regulations outside our control, we can only ship repair kits to EU countries at this moment. We're working on finding a solution so we can have repair kits available for all countries again, and will hopefully have one in place in a not too distant future. If you live in the UK, Australia or Canada we will soon have a solution for you where the kits can be sent domestically from our Repair Shops.
We repair your Nudies for free at our Nudie Jeans Repair Shops. Because throwing them away would be weird. We repair any broken area of the jeans and you can repair them as many times as needed, no matter when or where they were bought. Read more about it here.
