Do you offer free returns?
No we don't. We implement our sustainability work in all aspects of our operation including shipping. Data shows that free shipping not only increases orders but also indicates more orders being placed before carefully assessing size guides increasing both outgoing and returned shipments - a consequence that affects our environment. Whether we do right or wrong here we do not know. But we try to minimize environmental impact throughout our operation.
You are, however, welcome to return for free at any of our own operated Repair Shops.
