Where is my refund?
Normally we have a handling time of up to 10 business days starting from the day your return has arrived back to our warehouse, but during sale this might take up to 14 business days.
When your return has been processed your funds will settle within 2-5 business days if the payment was made by credit/debit card and within one day if you paid by PayPal.
If you made your purchase with Klarna invoice an updated invoice will be sent once the return has been handled. Please note that if you've purchased with Klarna invoice, you still need to handle the invoice in Klarna to avoid any interest fee.
