Hassle-free returns

We submit a pre-printed return label to all our orders. Simply use this in case of a return. When using the pre-printed return label your shipment will be traceable, insured and delivered within a few days. We will deduct 15 USD from your refund when using the UPS return label.

It's important that you return your product in the same condition you received it. This means labels still attached, and no visible wear marks. Sealed packages with underwear or socks for which the seal has been broken by you can't be returned. Remember to include the return form in the package. When you have received your order you have 14 days to return it back to our warehouse.

Leave your parcel at a UPS Access Point or contact UPS Customer Service to arrange a pick-up.

You need to fill in the pre-printed customs invoice.
Please note that the customs invoice is to be handed to the UPS driver/associate when leaving the package.

All returns are processed within 10 business days from the day it reaches our warehouse in Sweden. Return handling might take longer during periods of sales and public holidays.

Can I return the goods in a physical store?
