Your Nudie Jeans account is generated automatically when you place your order. Via your account you can review your order.
We will process your name, address, telephone number and email address in order to be able to administer your orders. You have the right to review your personal details. Should they be wrong, incomplete or irrelevant, you have the right to demand the files be corrected or deleted.
In case of attempted fraud, the personal details will be given relevant authorities.
How do I know that my order went through?
When you place an order at nudiejeans.com an order summary will be sent to your email address.
When you order is confirmed and ready to shipped out, we send you an order confirmation with a tracking number. The order confirmation is also your receipt so please keep it for future reference.

What is your return policy?
When you have received your order you have 14 days to return it back to our warehouse in Sweden. It's important that you return your product in the same condition you received it. This means labels still attached, and no visible wear marks. Use the return form you got with the delivery, follow the instructions and send it along to our warehouse address below:

You leave the customs invoice to the courier and put the return form in the package.
All returns are processed within 10 business days from the day it reaches our warehouse in Sweden. Your Online Shop orders can’t be returned at a Nudie Jeans supplier. Underwear is non-returnable and return shipping fee will not be refunded. Return handling might take longer during periods of sales and public holidays.
Can I exchange an item?
If you purchased a product from nudiejeans.com and you are not satisfied for any reason, return it to us, unused and in the condition you received it, within 14 days. You can exchange items for different size and color within the same price range as the product you return. Your exchange order is sent back to you free of charge.
Can I return the goods in a physical store?
Products purchased from a physical shop should be returned to the original place of purchase. All orders purchased at www.nudiejeans.com has to be returned back to our warehouse in Sweden.
