How to return

If you're not happy with the items you received you can return them to us within 14 days (30 days if a member of c/o Nudie Jeans). The items must be unworn in their original condition and with all tags attached. You register your return by visiting www.nudiejeans.com/returns and in our mission to lessen our environmental footprint, we’ve decided to charge a fee for returns. The return fee for your location is 9 EUR.

It's important that you return your product in the same condition you received it. This means labels still attached, and no visible wear marks. Sealed packages with underwear or socks for which the seal has been broken by you can't be returned.

Rights of cancellation

You have the right, within fourteen (14) days and without giving reasons, to cancel this agreement.

Your right to cancel your purchase does not apply to sealed packages with underwear or socks for which the seal has been broken by you.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us by means of a clear declaration of your decision to cancel your agreement. For this purpose, you can use the attached sample form.

Can I return the goods in a physical store?

Yes, we offer in-store returns and exchanges of orders placed at nudiejeans.com in the following Nudie Jeans Repair Shops in Germany.
In-store returns are free, you will not be charged the return fee.
