I am placing an order to a non-EU country, does the price at checkout include customs, duties and/or taxes?
Customs, duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. So if you're placing an order to a country outside of the European Union you can and probably will be charged for tax, duty, import and brokerage fees when receiving the package. Unfortunately, these fees are beyond our control, and we are unable to cover them for our customers.
